Nirma Institute of Technology, a self financed institute, approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi and the Government of Gujarat was started from the academic year 1995-96. The institute is affiliated to Gujarat University, Ahmedabad.
The management has vowed to run the institute in the professional manner and it intends to impart the best education by paying personal attention to each student to develop his overall personality and thereby making him more compatible to the industrial standards.
NIT students comprise of the cream of the younger generation who are intellectually and physically ready to accept the challenges of life in general and the industry in particular, in the coming decades.
